Kingston Council proposes new planning application requirements

Kingston Council has put forward a new set of requirements if residents in New Malden and across Kingston wish to process a planning application. 

Some requirements effect proposals nationally, where others are determined by the local authority.  

The new list has been prepared in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), the London Plan and the adopted Core Strategy. 

It takes into consideration the requirements of Supplementary Planning documents that have been adopted since the previous local list was prepared. The new list can be downloaded.
