More news from the Beverley/Safer Neighbourhoods police team - working to crack down on anti social behaviour, they have ensured that they are visible and accessible at key problem times.

report any anti social behaviour to the Police
This has included a significant presence in local parks, supplemented with the assistance of our neighbouring police teams. These increased patrols showed their worth recently when two Police Community Support Officers identified and stopped a group of youths believed to be involved in a robbery.
This action resulted in four of the group being arrested, two of whom were subsequently charged with robbery.
If you are concerned about anti social behaviour in any form, speak to team members on patrol or by visiting the Police Office at CI Tower. Any urgent issues should of course be reported via a 999 call, or if less urgent, via the new Met number 101 which is also 24/7.
