Parkour, also known as free running, is a relatively new sport but is really taking off (literally) and becoming very popular. The main focus is to move around obstacles by vaulting, rolling, running, climbing and jumping.

teenagers are invited to try out the sport of Parkour
Thanks to funding through the Government's Youth Capital Fund, Parkour mobile equipment was available at Dickerage Lane Adventure Playground back in August - young people were shown how to use the equipment safely and some of the amazing things they could do.
If you're between 13-19 and fancy giving this exciting sport a go in a safe and supervised environment, Parkour equipment is now available every Monday from 5-7pm at Devons Way Youth Centre in Chessington KT9 2RJ.
