On an unseasonably mild November morning, New Malden High Street woke up to the sites and sounds of a marching band leading the procession of New Malden veterans, officials, girl guides, St John Ambulance, Scouts and many many more to the Old Town Hall for the Remembrance Service.

Bathed in low blinding sunshine New Malden High Street stood still this morning as the service to remember those who've fallen and serving took place at 9.45am.

It was a wonderful site to see so many of the local community, young and old, lining the streets at such an hour to watch the procession and sing hymns.

Did you attend the service? Were you part of the procession? We'd love to know your experiences and what you thought.

Fantastic gallery and really great to see so many people turning out to pay their respects - just goes to prove that the sense of community in New Malden is as strong as ever.

A lovely article depicting New Malden at its Best - well done BeckyCreative.

So nice to see so many people paying their respects to those who have fallen.

I was really surprised to see so many different organisations on the parade! Didn't realise there were so many.

Makes you realise just how lucky we are to live in such a fantastic area - thanks to everyone who organised this.
