Hi BeckyCreative,
Thank you for your review and feedback, it is always nice to know what people think of our shop and also if they have ways of helping us improve what we do. We try our hardest to be the best value for money quality supplier of products on the High Street, which is why you weren't able to get the gluesticks of your choice from us, but thanks for thinking of us. There are two reasons for this : - Firstly, space, we just can't fit them in and secondly, and most importantly for us, quality. We haven't been able to source any non-branded gluesticks that we feel are good enough to sell, they all dry up far too quickly and become what can only be described as bad tasting chapsticks. This is fine if, like me, you have a young family that race through them at the speed of light, but for the 'average punter' they just don't meet the mark so we leave this area alone and leave it to the value retailers to fight it out. Once again thank you for your review and feedback and we welcome any other New Malden People to do the same as then we can react to our customers wants and needs. Andy @ Suttles

ReportI do love having a mooch around suttles as there's always something that catches my eye that perhaps i've not seen in the other stores on the High Street. I particulary like the advent calendars they have on the run up to Christmas with tradiional festive scenes and not a piece of cheap chalky choclate to be seen hidden behind its doors. For other items, prices are more expensive than some of the other shops (Prit stick (branded) was a good couple of pounds more than 5 for a £1 in poundland (unbranded) but if you want something different, service with a smile and good manners then i reckon a few extra pence is probably worth it. (Although i did buy my prit sticks from poundland sorry!)

Since the early 1960’s this local stationary shop has offered a fantastic loyal service to the people of New Malden. The staff here at Suttle’s are extremely friendly where in store they offer a great range of office accessories and greetings cards. The prices here are well on par with the chained stationers so it’s definitely preferable for me to come here as opposed to say WH Smith or Ryman’s.
