The NHS from a council perspective

The council met for the first time since the turn of the year and we had a chance to welcome two new conservative councillors to the benches – Cllr's Julie Pickering and Lynne Finnerty (both from Coombe Vale). It was also a chance to consider one of the most contentious public policy reforms at the moment, namely, the NHS.
