I'm so tired of the porr service on the 131 bus that comes from Tooting through to Kingston via Wimbledon. This service has deteriorated so much in the last year or so. Often it's a 20+ minute wait then three come along all at once which is just infuriating! Why do these bus drivers not regulate the service more?

The service has got worse since the route was extended from Wimbledon to Tooting, and I don't understand why, when Kingston is just down the road, the buses still come along in twos and threes! And another point, why are most of the bus drivers so moody and miserable?!
