What to expect?
General introduction to Pilates with focus on the beginner / intermediate Pilates moves. Pilates is based on Centering, Control, Flow, Breath, Precision, and Concentration and during this beginners course, you will get to grips with these six pillars of the Pilates method, which is what makes it such a good work-out. Suitable for men and women, all ages and all levels. Also suitable for during the post-natal period, once you have approval of your GP

Start date: Saturday, 28th January 2012

Time: 10AM until 11.15AM

Venue: St Philip Hall at Christ Church with St Philip in Worcester Park (Ruskin Drive, KT4 8LG)

Price: £65 for six weeks course

Offer: If you book and pay before 1st December 2011, receive a free pilates mat!

What to bring: comfortable clothing, no shoes required as Pilates is practiced on bare feet, pilates or yoga mat (available from many retailers including Argos)
