Why I like New Malden
Lovely atmosphere with a small town feel, nice people who smile and help each other. Great place to live, with easy access to everywhere. Good area to socialise , eat and shop.
Why I don't like New Malden
Council are not active enough in keeping the area clean or planning road closures for different types of utilities or road works. They seem to show no planing.
