Why I like New Malden

Without doubt, the best place to live in London. It has everything you need and nothing you don't! Querky shops, great restaurants, good range of supermarkets. The locals are very friendly, diverse and caring. The "village" has a real family feel about it whilst still a "hub" for a range of businesses (both big and small). The area has some of the best schools in the country too. Good leisure facilities and sports grounds. Beverley Park is lovely in the summer for a picnic and stroll. We love it.

Why I don't like New Malden

Although crime in the area is low (in fact, Kingston and New Malden is one of the safest places in London to live in), sometimes people from other areas in London congregate around parks late at night. Anti-social beheviour can sometimes be an issue although instances of this are rare. Other than that, you can't beat it!
