Classy
This is a classy Indian, not your bog standard curry house serving blow-your-brains-out vindaloo. On no. Lal Asash does beautiful, thoughtful Indian cuisine in a nice setting. Friendly staff who'll advise you on what to order to suit your tastes and serve it hot and with a smile. Thumbs up.

Lal Akash - by far the best Indian in the area!!!! Their specialities are tongue tickling, love the way they fuse traditional and modern Indian cooking together!

Excellent authentic food
I've been eating at Lal Akash for 8 years now - as long as I've been living in New Malden - and having sampled many Indian restaurants in the area and surrounds, I have to say the food is excellent. Okay, it's not the cheapest in the area, but you do get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
