Always something going on
From opera nights to summer BBQs there's always something going on at the Glasshouse. You get the impression that they work really hard to keep our interest and it surely pays off? We've enjoyed valentines dinners, pub quizzes, lazy Sunday lunches in the well kept colourful beer garden, we really enjoy it in there. Well done Glasshouse - keep up the hard work!

The Glasshouse
The Glasshouse is a cracking pub for many reasons. The atmosphere is thriving especially on the weekends but it’s also a great place to enjoy a meal with their menu of delicious pub food when the pub is more quiet. They welcome children here too so it’s great for all the family and they offer a great selection of bar snacks and a decent pint. One of my favourite pubs in New Malden!

Top food AND family friendly too
We eat here at least twice a month and without fail the food is always delicious. We and our small children are foodies and have high expectations, so wouldn't eat here if the food wasn't up to scratch. The menu is extensive and surprising (in a good way!) My 5 year old wanted to try the snails recently and scoffed the lot! The staff are always friendly and welcoming too. We've tried a lot of the restaurants in and around New Malden and this one shines above the rest.
I'm sure that if maldener had voiced all his/her grievances to the Manager instead of ranting here, that he would have been more than happy to reimburse them! -

Lots of good things about it
Very good restaurant that has always remained popular with locals due to a combination of good location, fun vibe, great staff and most of all some very nice food indeed. There's plenty of choice and it's all served together and well presented. I would check it out if you haven't already - we are always impressed.

The Glasshouse on Coombe Road is a fine restaurant with good food and service. Its always busy, has a good rep in the area. We enjoy coming here.

Great food!
Sorry to undermine "maldener's" comments but we have only had really good food at The Glasshouse. Perhaps we chose the right things from the menu each time but has always been good. Totally agree with comment re overpriced wine though! We had one glass of wine and one pint of beer and the bar bill was £10! Presume they were approx £5 a glass each!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! Mutton Dressed as Lamb
Extremely disapointed. Used the The glasshouse regularly last year and the food/service was outstanding. Went a few days ago to celebrate my mothers birthday with my family. Food was disgusting. All meals were cold and most dishes dry. The exception to this was my fathers steak which was burnt. Wine was heavily overpriced and i could go on and on. Very upset and feel this restuarant is staying afloat due to its past reputation. I will not be visiting again.
Thank you To The Glasshouse for ruining my elderly mothers night out!!!
