Bad Experience at this Branch of DFS

On face value when you walk into the store it is nicely layed out with a good selection of Sofa's, however the staff run through the paper work too quickly, glossing over esssential details particularily around delivery times, cancellations and credit agreement details. Seems to me they will say anything to get a sale! Customer service after you have made your purchase does not exist, both this store and head office have promised to call me back and they have not. The sales rep told us one thing in the shop and then denied it later in a telephone conversation. I have read other online reviews/blogs on this store and a few years ago they had an issue with sales rep ticking boxes on customer order forms with our then knowing!! There is on incident whereby this store contacted an additional credit agency on behalf of a customer without this customer's knowledge / agreement !!
