I have been buggy-fitting with Anna for a couple of months now and wholly recommend her classes for any mothers looking for a fun and guilt-free way to exercise. Anna has bags of energy to motivate everyone ... even after a sleepless night! The exercises are varied each week and specifically tailored so that everyone can workout to their own fitness level. She has an excellent understanding of the body post-birth so there's peace of mind knowing that you won't do yourself any harm. Anna is an inspiration to new mums!

Buggyfit run by Anna Coe is a great way to get fit exercising out in the open with your baby. Anna runs the classes at a range of venues and makes excellent and really creative use of the spaces available from recreation grounds to river paths. The classes are always kept fresh and new and you can't believe such an enjoyable hour has passed exercising! This comes highly recommended to mums and babies!
Loving Buggyfit run by Anna Coe after three sessions. Great to get outside and get moving. Its very friendly too and there's usually time to squeeze in a natter between lunges! Best description of pelvic floor I've had so think I'm finally working it... You can take it at your own pace so it's up to you how hard or gentle your work-out. And my back is greatly benefitting from Anna's tips on correct posture for buggy pushing. Highly recommended!
