    A trial scheme to introduce permit parking in Beresford Road and Dunbar Road in New Malden is to come under the spot light tonight.  The plan is to make parking for residents on those roads easier.     Passengers have left to find alternatives to work heading from New Malden station this morning.  It's because of a "fault on the line" between Raynes Park and Wimbledon, meaning some trains were either cancelled, or running at reduced speed.  Mitch Case @themitchcasep tweeted saying: "Oh look.
